Do you provide transportation?

Our caregivers may provide local transportation (under 20 miles total) during each visit. We aim to mainly stay at the home of the client.. Caregivers are also able to meet clients out in the community if there is an event or activity outside that radius- as long as it is within the county.

What if I live outside of Orange County?

Ally Respite Care can currently serve California residents outside of Orange County if you already have a designated caregiver in that area.  Please contact us for further details.

I would like to switch agencies but want to keep my caregiver.

Ally Respite Care may employ your caregiver who can then choose to work with only your family if they prefer not to take on any new clients.

Can the caregiver watch over my other child since they will also be in the home? They are not a client.

Yes. We do ask that at the end of the shift the parent/guardian directly pay the caregiver the extra sibling rate which is $7/hour.
